Job summary

SER-IN is seeking an Experienced Site Manager to oversee two Aldi projects in Peterborough. The role focuses on civils, concrete slab works, coordinating trades, and maintaining programme, quality, and H&S on site.

Location is Peterborough with two sites, duration approx 2 weeks, start ASAP. Hours 7:30am–5:30pm. Rate £320–£350 per day, payment via CIS / Limited Company.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS tickets required.
• Proven site management experience on civils/construction projects.
• Experience with concrete/groundworks is highly desirable.
• Aldi/retail construction experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage two Aldi site operations and coordinate trades.
• Maintain H&S, quality, and programme on site.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule.

Site Manager Required | Aldi Projects

We are currently looking for ANexperienced Site Managers to support a civils contractoron two live Aldi projects in Peterborough, located approximately 15 minutes apart.

These are fast-paced schemes focused primarily around concrete slab works, so we need managers who are confident running site operations, coordinating trades and keeping programme, quality and H&S firmly on track.

THE ROLE

• Location: Peterborough - 2 separate Aldi sites
• Duration: Approx. 2 weeks
• Start: ASAP / Immediate | Monday
• Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Rate: £320 - £350 per day
• Payment: CIS / Limited Company
• Managing concrete slab works
• Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
• Maintaining H&S standards
• Daily site coordination and progress
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly and to programme
