Job summary

• Strong track record delivering high-quality residential developments; NHBC Pride in the Job recognition is a plus.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid at Work are standard requirements.
• Genuine passion for build quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Senior Site Manager - Tier 1 House Builder - Midlands

£75,000 - £85,000 + Excellent Package & Bonus

We're working with a Tier 1 house builder, renowned for build quality and consistent NHBC recognition, to find a Senior Site Manager for a key residential development in the Midlands.

This is a business that takes real pride in its finished product. Their sites are regularly shortlisted for NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, and they're looking for a Senior Site Manager who shares that standard and can lead a scheme to the same level of quality and customer care.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a large residential development, managing programme, quality, health & safety, and subcontractor performance from groundworks through to handover. You'll be the driving force behind build quality on site, working closely with the Project Manager, sales, and customer care teams to protect the business's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 house builder
• A strong track record of delivering high-quality residential developments, ideally with NHBC Pride in the Job recognition or awards to your name
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid at Work as standard
• A genuine passion for build quality, attention to detail, and getting it right for the customer
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams to a high standard
