Are you an experienced Site Manager with recent experience in Roofing, Cladding, and Internals & Fit-out?
Join a dynamic team on an exciting Industrial & Logistics project based in Warrington. We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee site operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the site team in the installation of roofing, cladding, and internal works on a large steel framed industrial and logistics project.
Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays swiftly.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specifications.

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in Site Management within the roofing, cladding, and internals sectors, ideally on industrial or logistics projects.
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on-site.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are desirable.

Competitive salary between £55k - £65k (based on experience).
