Job summary

A leading contractor, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on a major MOJ prison project in Rugby. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, uphold safety, programme, budget and quality standards, and collaborate with the project team to deliver a complex facility.

The role requires EL1 security clearance and enhanced DBS, with a package including car allowance, pension and bonus.

Job description

A leading Tier 1 construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major Ministry of Justice project in Rugby. Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations on a significant prison construction project, including the delivery of a new kitchen facility. Working closely with the wider project team, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all site activities and overseeing subcontractor performance
• Driving health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the project
• Coordinating multiple workstreams within a live and secure environment

• Ensuring compliance with all project, client and security requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Previous experience delivering Ministry of Justice (MOJ) projects
• Active EL1 security clearance already in place
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of construction project delivery and health & safety legislation
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating complex construction activities
• Ability to work effectively within highly regulated and secure environments
• Relevant qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
