Job summary

A leading contractor, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on a major MOJ prison project in Rugby. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, uphold safety, programme, budget and quality standards, and collaborate with the project team to deliver a complex facility.

The role requires EL1 security clearance and enhanced DBS, with a package including car allowance, pension and bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have MOJ project experience.
• Senior Site Manager with Tier 1 contractor background.
• Strong leadership and site-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing all site activities and overseeing subcontractor performance.
• Driving health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the project.
• Coordinating multiple workstreams within a live and secure environment.
• Monitoring progress against programme and resolving site issues efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with all project, client and security requirements.
• Maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders and the wider delivery team.
• Leading and motivating site-based teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
