Job summary

Mtrp Ltd seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build Leisure scheme in Lancashire. You will drive on-site operations from start to finish, coordinating trades, safety and delivery milestones on a project valued at £1.5m+.

Based in the North West, you will oversee site teams across Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester with a focus on quality, safety and timely completion. A strong track record on similar schemes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on main contractor projects.
• Led similar leisure/new-build schemes from start to finish.
• Wamiliar with projects valued £1.5m+ and travel across Lancashire/Merseyside/Greater Manchester.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.

• Lead on-site delivery of a leisure scheme from start to completion.
• Coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance and milestone delivery.
• Manage quality, costs and programme across multiple sites as required.

The Company:

We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Senior Site Manager to join their team. They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial.

The Role/ You:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build Leisure scheme in Lancashire. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have managed new build projects from start to completion, valued from £1.5m+. You will be based in or able to travel to the Lancashire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester regions on a daily basis.

You will have experience working as a Site Manager / number 1 on site for a main contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
