Job summary

MTRP Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a new leisure scheme in Lancashire. You will be the on-site lead, managing the project from inception through to completion and coordinating multiple trades on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates will have experience as site manager or number one on site for a main contractor on similar projects, with valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certificates. Lancashire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale new build projects from start to finish.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a new build leisure scheme in Lancashire from start to completion.
• Act as site number 1 on site, coordinating trades and on-site activities.
• Based in Lancashire with ability to travel to Lancashire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester on a daily basis.

The Company:

We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Senior Site Manager to join their team. They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial.

The Role/ You:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build Leisure scheme in Lancashire.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have managed new build projects from start to completion, valued from £1.5m+.

You will be based in or able to travel to the Lancashire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester regions on a daily basis.

You will have experience working as a Site Manager / number 1 on site for a main contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.

You will hold valid certifications i.e. SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
