Your Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the development and provide clear direction to construction site staff regarding responsibilities and targets.
• Implement health and safety procedures in collaboration with Bellway Health and Safety Managers, ensuring compliance.
• Motivate, support, and manage directly employed site staff through toolbox talks, training, coaching, and support to enhance performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on new build housing sites.
• Effective team management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and building legislation.
• GCSE Maths and English - Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent); Construction Management - HNC Level 4, HND Level 5, or NVQ Level 6 is desirable.
• Valid Scaffold Appreciation and LOLER certificates are desirable.
• Strong communication, listening, and administrative skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Pride in the Job award is a plus.
• Experience with Timber frame is desirable.
