Key Responsibilities

• Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all legislation and promote a safety-first culture.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and address defects proactively.
• Project Delivery & Coordination: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing subcontractors and materials.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and work with the Contract Surveyor on financial matters.
• People Management & Leadership: Lead and develop site teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.

Skills & Experience

• HND/Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of senior site management experience, preferably on projects over £5m.
• Proven leadership skills and knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Qualifications such as Scaffold Inspection, Fire Safety, TWC, CSCS.
