Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager - a growing construction contractor is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment projects.

The project is working as the project lead (No. 1) to deliver an office refurbishment and new build healthcare suite (£4m).

They are a growing contractor delivering projects ranging from £0.5m to £4m for a network or repeat clients - the initial project is a 12-month contract which offers a completion bonus.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering refurbishment and D&B projects as Project Lead
- Experience working for a principal contractor on projects £2m+
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
- Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000+ (DOE)
- Company Car Allowance (£6,000)
- Project completion bonus
- Company pension

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Lead delivering construction projects ranging from £2m - £4m.
