Salary/rate: Up to £75000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus

Senior Site Manager - Residential - 400 Units
Hitchin, Hertfordshire
£70,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager ready to take the reins on a flagship 400-unit development? Our client, a well-established and respected 5-star housebuilder, is looking for a capable leader to drive delivery on a major residential scheme in Hitchin.

The Role:

Lead day-to-day site operations on a multi-phase, 400-unit traditional build scheme.
Manage all aspects of site safety, quality, programme, and subcontractor performance.
Work closely with the Project Manager and technical teams to maintain smooth delivery.
Oversee and mentor an experienced team of Site Managers, Assistant Managers, and Labour.
Ensure NHBC standards and customer expectations are met to 5-star standards.

About You:

Proven track record delivering high-volume residential developments (150+ units minimum).
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive programme without compromising on quality or safety.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience with NHBC inspections and handing over homes to end users.
