Job summary

365 Recruit is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on a large commercial project in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for on-site delivery, safety, quality, and programme compliance, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to hit targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in site management, holding SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid, with strong leadership and communication to manage customers and stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Senior Site Management experience on major commercial projects.
• Experience delivering large commercial schemes (£5M+).
• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors with a strong on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a large construction site and all activities on site.
• Face of the company on site, protecting its integrity and reputation.

Senior Site Manager

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Site Manager (minimum 5 years) with experience of managing major commercial projects £5M +.

The Senior Site Manager role:

• As a site based Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful operational delivery of projects on site ensuring safety, product quality, are completed within the contracted timescales, safely and within financial controls.
• The day to day management of a large construction site and all relevant activities that take place on that site. This is a key role that carries a lot of responsibility not only in managing a site team and sub-contractors but being the face of the company at all times, protecting its integrity and reputation
• Appropriate qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid
• The ability to communicate effectively is required in order to manage Customer and stakeholder relationships, in addition to strong planning and organisational skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills including experience in leading site teams, large programmes of work and has the confidence and ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets
