Job Description

We are working with a bespoke constructor, with an excellent reputation in the super prime residential market. The company are a major player in the exclusive residential space, working with very high net worth clients to design and construct some of the UK's finest homes. Due to continued success and growth in this market, we are seeking a very experienced Senior Site Manager, either with experience in the sector or with a keen interest in moving to this exciting market.

The company operate across the south, and you will be expected to travel to projects as required across the South (including Central London).

You will be an experienced Manager, with extensive experience dealing directly with clients focussed intently on quality and best value. It is usual for the end user clients to be present on site and to be actively involved with the design and delivery of architectural detail, and as such the successful applicant will have to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills when dealing directly with the client.

You will be expected to manage your site team and sub contractors, creating and leading a leading a culture of excellence, quality beyond compare and complete commitment to achieving the best.

Requirements

It is likely that the successful candidate will have previous experience in the super prime residential sector, have worked with, or be working with a household name in the space and be looking for the next step, or to join a business with a great culture of development and progression.
