Job summary

Kier Group seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead a Rainham-based construction project. You will manage day-to-day operations on site, coordinating teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver safely, on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to ensure quality outcomes.

You will oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning, with a focus on building client relationships and managing risk through efficient planning and safety practices.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are required.
• Experience in a site management role within construction.

• Proactive health, safety and environmental management knowledge.
• Highly organised, IT literate and familiar with construction methods and risk management.

Job description

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Rainham.

Location: Site Based - Rainham

Hours: Full time - 40 hours a week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects with a value of up to £7m from start to finish. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned project, ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional results.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Site Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Construction Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Successful Projects Across Various Sectors. Your Day To Day Will Include
