Position: Senior Site Manager

With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team for an exciting large-scale industrial development in Epsom.

The Project:

A major industrial scheme including warehouse, office, and logistics space – this is a high-profile build requiring leadership, attention to detail, and proven experience in delivering industrial or large commercial projects.

The Role:

As Senior Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, programme management, and quality control. You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with both clients and consultants to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Maintain the project schedule and drive progress
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with stakeholders
• Monitor quality and implement QA/QC procedures
• Lead a team of Site Managers and Engineers on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
• Proven track record in delivering industrial or commercial projects (£10m+)
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black card), and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and site processes
