The Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site activities, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining quality throughout the build. You ll report directly to the Construction Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering homes that exceed expectations.

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects

• Drive progress against tight schedules and budget controls
  
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential housing
  
• Proven track record delivering multi-unit housing projects
  
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification required
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
