Job description

An existing client of Sphere is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company is a large national main contractor with a turnover of over 1 billion per annum. It is one of the largest privately owned businesses remaining within the UK construction market.

While working in this role, you will be a site-based No.2, reporting to a Project Manager, for one of the following schemes:

1. New Build Student Accommodation - 18 Storeys - £57M
2. New Build Student Accommodation - 22 Storeys - £65M

My client is looking for an individual with a proven work history at established Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractors. Experience in High Rise or Student Accommodation projects would be advantageous.

Essential qualifications include a degree, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
