ARC Group is seeking Senior Site Managers for three new residential developments in Braintree, Essex. You will lead a team, manage site delivery from groundworks to completion, and ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are met.

The role requires a strong background in traditional-build residential construction, with experience managing Site Managers and a Level 6 NVQ in Construction Management. A car allowance and comprehensive package are included.

• Strong understanding of programme, quality and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the development.
• Managing and coordinating the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Overseeing traditional-build residential construction from groundworks through to completion.
• Managing programme, quality, health & safety and build standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team.
• Ensuring homes are delivered to the required specification and programme.
• Driving high standards of build quality and site presentation.
• Monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may impact delivery.

Senior Site Manager - Braintree

3 Positions Available | Residential New Build | £75,000-£85,000 + Car Allowance + Package

We are currently working with an established residential house builder who is looking to appoint three Senior Site Managers across three new developments in Braintree, Essex.

Each development will consist of approximately #removed# traditional-build units, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial residential project from site delivery through to completion.

The Role

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of your development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and in line with commercial objectives.

You will have a team of one Site Manager and one Assistant Site Manager reporting into you, providing leadership and direction across the site.

Key responsibilities will include:

About You

• A Level 6 NVQ in Construction Management
