Job summary

TLG Infrastructure is recruiting a Senior Engineer to lead civil engineering and earthworks packages on nationwide projects. The role requires strong knowledge of RC foundations, drainage, cut and fill earthworks and paving, with design and Civil 3D modelling experience.

You will mentor Site Engineers and coordinate with design teams to deliver safe, high-quality works on time. You'll oversee drawings, specs and technical information, ensure adherence to programme and safety standards, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer on civil engineering and earthworks packages.
• Experience with design and Civil 3D modelling.
• Management and mentoring of Site Engineers.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure works align with the design.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring site engineering duties are delivered by the engineering team and supporting where required while maintaining quality.
• Coordinating with site teams and the design team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality and health and safety requirements.
• Monitoring progress and providing technical support to the site management team.

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work for an established civil engineering business delivering projects nationwide.

The Senior Engineer will have experience working on RC foundations, drainage, cut and fill earthworks, and paving packages.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer working on civil engineering and earthworks packages.
• Experience with design and Civil 3D modelling.
• Management and mentoring of Site Engineers.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the design.
• Ensuring site engineering duties are being delivered by engineering team and supporting where required whilst ensuring quality of works.
• Coordinating with site teams and the design team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality and health and safety requirements.
• Monitoring progress and providing technical support to the site management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage engineering teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
