Job summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on commercial building-services projects. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure electrical works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.

Working with Project Managers, engineers and suppliers, you will drive installation through testing, commissioning and handover, maintain records and attend meetings to

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
• Supervise electricians, electrical supervisors and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, programmes and applicable regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report issues, delays and risks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, RAMS.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality.
• Manage variations, technical queries, snagging and remedial works.
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, suppliers and other trades.
• Oversee electrical testing, commissioning support and final handover documentation.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and quality documentation.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to programme planning and problem-solving.]
