Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Agent / Project Manager for a major Wastewater Treatment Works upgrade near Penrith in the North West. The role covers both civils and MEICA, with responsibility for delivering the £10m–£15m project on time, safely, and to client specifications.

You will manage site teams and subcontractors, uphold RAMS and environmental standards, and report to the Project Director. Willingness to travel across Cumbria and the North West is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven site leadership experience in UK water/amp projects.
• Solid understanding of civil and MEICA scopes.
• Relevant health & safety certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily delivery of a £10m-£15m WWTW upgrade project, ensuring safety, schedule and client specifications.
• Oversee heavy civil engineering and MEICA installation activities on site.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and gangs while driving a zero-harm safety culture.
• Ensure permits, RAMS, temporary works procedures and environmental standards are complied with.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report progress to the Project Director.
• Provide operational flexibility to support adjacent water infrastructure projects across Cumbria, Lancashire, and Greater Manchester.
