Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent to support a technically challenging civil engineering project in Bournemouth. You will manage day-to-day site delivery across tunnelling and associated civils works, ensuring activities are completed safely, to programme and in line with project specifications.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials, maintain RAMS and permits, and report to the Project Manager.

Competenze

• Experience as Site Manager/Site Agent in heavy civil engineering.
• Experience with tunnelling, shafts, micro-tunnelling, auger boring.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, RAMS, permits and programme delivery.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Manage daily site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet programme, specification and project requirements.
• Lead daily briefing and site coordination meetings.
• Review RAMS, permits, Works Package Plans and temporary works.
• Ensure lift plans and relevant permits are prepared and in place.
• Maintain site diaries, tunnelling records and production logs.
• Monitor progress and HSEQ performance.
• Maintain client and project team communications.
• Deputise for the Project Manager when required.
