Job summary

Clancy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil engineering projects across the Hampshire area as part of the SWDP Infrastructure Contract. You will be responsible for delivering works safely, on programme, and within budget, while maintaining full compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures.

You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, review RAMS, and ensure accurate construction documentation from inception through to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a similar Site Manager role.
• Experience delivering civil engineering projects on NEC contracts.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Confident interpretation of construction drawings and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve objectives.
• Deliver works safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Manage programmes, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures and standards.
