Job summary
House Of Fashion Associates in Central Manchester is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the end-to-end online experience for a premium D2C sportswear brand on Shopify Plus. You will lead the Shopify Plus ecosystem, manage product listings, navigation, checkout, and integrations, bridging creative vision with technical execution.
The role focuses on optimizing the customer journey, CRO and UX, using heatmaps and A/B tests to improve conversion.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a Senior or Ecommerce Manager role for a D2C brand, ideally fashion
- Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth experience
- Expert Shopify Plus knowledge including app landscape and integrations
- Strong web development understanding for site performance
- CRO and UX expertise with heatmapping and A/B testing
- Digital visual merchandising to maximise conversion
- GA4 and Looker Studio for dashboards and insights
- International ecommerce experience with multicurrency setups
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end online experience and digital P&L
- Lead Shopify Plus ecosystem and on-site operations
- Drive CRO/UX improvements with heatmaps and A/B tests
- Manage promotional campaigns and seasonal trading
- Build custom reporting for leadership and forecasts
- Collaborate with supply chain and marketing on stock depth
- Coordinate with paid media to align on-site with campaigns
