Thetrupgrade is looking for a Senior SHES Manager (MIMS) to oversee core SHES digital platforms and ensure compliance with safety and health standards across its operations throughout the UK. The role is essential for maintaining data integrity and delivering performance reports while supporting the management teams in their responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction System and Performance role.
• In depth knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to support site teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage core SHES digital platforms and system standards.
• Ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Oversee reporting on SHES performance across the Group.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of sites.
• Support compliance with SHES Plans.
