Job summary

M. O’Brien Plant Hire is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (SHES) pro to provide professional support across operations. You will promote best practice, ensure SHES standards are implemented, and liaise with stakeholders to drive improvement.

Essentially, you will conduct inspections, audits, and investigations, produce reports and risk assessments, and deliver safety briefings and training to strengthen the safety culture across the business.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience conducting site inspections and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site, depot, workshop, and yard inspections for compliance.
• Carry out audits and monitoring, supporting corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and environmental events.
