Job summary

Sustainable Talent LTD is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality initiatives across a long-term framework in the North East. You will lead audits, risk assessments and continuous improvements, working with senior leadership and operations to uphold high SHEQ standards across utilities, infrastructure, and construction projects.

The role requires Chartered SHEQ or equivalent (CMIOSH preferred) and a strong track record in multi-site environments,

Qualifications

• Chartered SHEQ professional qualification preferred (CMIOSH).
• Proven experience in Health & Safety, HSE, SHEQ, HSQE or QHSE roles.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, power, energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ performance across a portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects.
• Provide guidance to operational management and SHEQ personnel.
• Drive continual improvement of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems.
