Job summary

ERSG Holdings Ltd in North East England is seeking an aSHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Environment & Quality across major water and utilities projects. You will shape SHEQ strategy, drive continuous improvement, and oversee audits and risk management on site.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and CMIOSH, with strong leadership experience in infrastructure or construction and ISO Lead Auditor expertise. A car allowance is provided as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• CMIOSH qualification preferred.
• Experience leading SHEQ in water, utilities, infrastructure or construction.
• ISO Lead Auditor experience is essential.
