Job summary

TTEP UK&I Investments Ltd is seeking a Senior Settlements Analyst in Leeds to lead the GB Settlements operation across electricity, gas, carbon, and related services. You will own core processes, drive improvements, and coordinate with Trading and Finance teams to ensure accurate, timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in settlements, trading operations or similar environment.
• Experience owning complex operational processes, calculations and controls.
• Experience in reconciliations, invoicing and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience coaching or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering process improvements and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day GB Settlements operation, prioritise workload and act as escalation point.
• Deliver core BAU settlement activity: trade checks, confirmations, reconciliations, invoicing, month-end.
• Own settlement calculations, controls and exception reviews across energy products.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead on trading credit and collateral activities for existing and new counterparties.
• Drive settlement implementation for new trading structures and arrangements.
• Ensure ETRM system data is captured, validated and reflected downstream.
• Coach and develop the settlements analyst; document key processes.
