Qualifications

• Experience as a machine setter or mechanically minded.
• Able to stand all day and lift up to 25kg.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Produce to target shift output safely and to prescribed quality standards.
• Supervise and develop production setters and operators.
• Capture production data accurately.
• Maintain GMP, CIP and allergen controls.
• Provide cover for the Team Leader when required.
