Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions. You will participate in client workshops, gather requirements, and develop configurations, scripting, and testing to achieve go-live success.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to documentation while traveling to client sites as needed. On-site work is preferred in Erskine, Newcastle, or Farnborough.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in delivering client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work on client sites as required.
• Certifications in ServiceNow or ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of ServiceNow specialists delivering solutions to multiple customers.
• Lead client workshops and design solutions to meet requirements.
• Develop ServiceNow configurations, scripts, tests, and go-live support.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
