Job summary

Atos is seeking a Portfolio Director to lead the global ServiceNow offerings portfolio, translating strategy into differentiated offerings and GTM assets. You will drive innovation, including GenAI and Agentic AI, to accelerate growth and ensure commercial viability across regions.

You will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Value Engineering, and Alliance teams, shaping roadmaps, pricing, packaging, and delivery methods while strengthening Atos’ leadership in digital workflow and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Strong background in ServiceNow portfolio management, product management, or innovation leadership.
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, AI features, and ecosystem.
Experience in defining offerings, pricing models, solution architectures, and GTM toolkits.
Exposure to GenAI, workflow automation, LLM integration, and agentic AI concepts.
Strong commercial acumen turning technology into business value propositions.
Proven ability to analyze competitive landscapes and craft differentiation strategies.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
Executive-level communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Innovation mindset with bias for action, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global offerings spanning modules, industries, and horizontal capabilities.
Define offering scope, value propositions, target personas, use cases, and success metrics.
Partner with Value Engineering to embed industry accelerators, blueprints, and delivery methods into portfolio offerings.
Maintain the global portfolio roadmap, including modules, industries, AI capabilities, and innovation themes.
Monitor market trends, ServiceNow releases, ecosystem movements, and customer demand signals.
Prioritise feature and capability development in alignment with strategy and investment priorities.
Perform competitive analysis, benchmarking, and positioning activities.
Ensure each offering has a clear differentiation narrative backed by assets and proof points.
Partner with Sales Enablement to incorporate competitive insights into battlecards and GTM materials.
Define pricing models, packaging structures, and service tiers for each portfolio offering.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and regional leaders to ensure commercial viability.
Develop GTM toolkits including use case packs.
Drive R&D initiatives with AI and automation focus.
Collaborate with alliance teams, startups, technology partners to incubate solutions.
Own the Agentic AI and GenAI portfolio roadmap, defining use cases and AI agents.
Data and model integration; industry-specific accelerators.
Ensure alignment with Now Assist and AI capabilities.
Work with Value Engineering CoE, Industry Directors, Alliance Team to ensure portfolio excellence.
