Atos in the United Kingdom seeks a senior R&D Engineering Lead to drive ServiceNow innovation across the global portfolio. You will architect GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities, build reusable assets, lead PoCs and collaborate with alliance partners to deliver differentiated offerings.

The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, overseeing a global team of ServiceNow developers, AI/ML engineers, and integration specialists, while shaping the next generation of enterprise

Qualifications

Strong technical background in ServiceNow development, architecture, or platform engineering.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules, apps, and integration patterns.
Experience leading R&D, PoCs, and solution engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the R&D strategy to support portfolio roadmap and innovation priorities.
Lead engineering design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI components.
Architect reusable assets: accelerators, reference implementations, frameworks, templates, tools.
Drive PoCs for ServiceNow modules, AI capabilities, and ecosystem technologies.
Collaborate with portfolio directors to translate requirements into designs and backlogs.
Define engineering standards, CI/CD, security, and quality for all assets.
