You will be accountable for:

• Supporting IT Service teams with escalated incidents and requests.
• Gathering and analysing enhancement requirements, ensuring clear communication with users.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining features, enhancements, and modules for the ServiceNow platform.
• Implementing and monitoring platform enhancements, ensuring maintenance is communicated and completed.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following…

• Degree level education in a related field is desirable.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Parcel Delivery industry is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform from a development perspective.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Experience delivering solutions within an agile environment.
• Experience integrating systems using methods such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, PowerShell.
