Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join a dynamic team delivering world-class solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for multiple clients, with hands-on development, configuration, scripting, testing, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Several years of ServiceNow design and development experience, preferably in consulting.
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS.
• Understanding of Service Management concepts and ITIL foundations.
• Experience building custom ServiceNow applications and integrations; PowerShell and MariaDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of ServiceNow specialists delivering solutions to multiple customers.
• Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering; advise on proposed solutions.
• Develop defined ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, scripting, testing, and go-live support.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Produce documentation and training material for the implemented solutions.
