Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in Scotland. You will design, develop and improve software using engineering practices to deliver platform capabilities for customers and colleagues.

You should have experience architecting ServiceNow platforms, HR Service Delivery, and Workday integration, with knowledge of AI-powered ServiceNow solutions and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Architecting and implementing ServiceNow at enterprise scale.
• End-to-end use cases with Workday.
• Knowledge of infrastructure like Workday, Entra, Graph, Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
• Understanding HR processes and employee journeys.
• Experience with zero-copy data architectures.
