You should have experience architecting ServiceNow platforms, HR Service Delivery, and Workday integration, with knowledge of AI-powered ServiceNow solutions and HR processes.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Architecting and implementing ServiceNow platform and HR Service Delivery solutions at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing and implementing end to end use cases with Workday.
• Supporting infrastructure such as Workday, Entra, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot) at a working knowledge level.
• Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience delivering AI-powered ServiceNow solutions using Generative and Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee journeys, with the ability to challenge and simplify ways of working rather than simply digitise them.
• Experience working with zero copy data architectures.
