Job summary

Methods is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide best-practice guidance and strategic oversight for ServiceNow development across multiple client projects. You will lead the Methods ServiceNow practice, mentoring developers and aligning teams with architectural standards.

The role involves line management of ServiceNow resources, collaboration with architects and project teams, and involvement in technical consultancy and roadmap development.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience and technical delivery.
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow projects on time and budget.
• Experience leading offshore development teams and coordinating with engagement leads.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/SAM/HR.
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript, CSS and AngularJS.
• Knowledge of Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC.
• Experience with agile and traditional methodologies.
• Able to author clear documentation and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions at architectural and design detail levels.
• Provide senior technical leadership, line management and mentoring for developers.
• Deliver compelling solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist development teams through the project lifecycle to resolve complex issues.
• Encourage continuous knowledge growth around ServiceNow via certification.
• Support presales opportunities, contribute to bids and case studies.
• Contribute to ServiceNow-based product roadmaps and best-practice standards.
• Operate as part of the wider community and share knowledge across functions.
