Job summary

Methods is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to operate across the Methods ServiceNow delivery accounts and projects, providing best practice guidance and strategic oversight for ServiceNow development and implementation activities across multiple client projects. The ServiceNow Lead Architect will be the central point of technical reference for the Methods ServiceNow Practice.

As a key member of the Methods ServiceNow Practice and Leadership team, the role will include line management

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions on time and on budget.
• Strong leadership and line management experience in delivery teams.
• Proven consulting skills across client environments and architecture.
• Certified ServiceNow professionals with ITIL foundations.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions at architectural and design detail levels.
• Provide senior technical leadership, mentoring for developers.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform.
• Support bid activity and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with solution architecture standards.
