Job summary

Loftware UK is seeking a Senior Service Solutions Analyst to partner with Sales, Solution Consultants and Delivery to scope, shape, and position services offerings that accelerate customer outcomes and drive services bookings. This hands-on senior contributor brings strong analytical and delivery knowledge to complex enterprise opportunities.

The role partners with Sales leadership, Delivery Managers, and Engineering to develop value-based service proposals, manage risk, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services solutioning or related client-facing roles in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience scoping and documenting services engagements including SOWs and change control.
• Ability to estimate effort and translate requirements into phased delivery plans; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present solutions to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with prospects/customers to understand objectives and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into a services solution approach with phases and deliverables.
• Develop effort estimates and resource models; document risks and mitigations.
• Draft and refine SOWs and propose content to align with standards.
• Support pricing discussions and define in-scope/out-of-scope boundaries.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants on strategy and deals.
• Coordinate Sales-to-Delivery handoffs and improve scoping templates.
