Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee nine learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. The role partners with the Registered Manager to drive service quality and person-centred care.

You will lead a motivated team of support workers, ensure high standards of care, and implement community engagement initiatives. A relevant professional qualification is desirable; UK eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Accomplished manager with extensive experience in the social care sector supporting people with a learning disability.
• Experience and knowledge of running learning disability services and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the delivery of bespoke services under the direction of the Registered Manager.
• Coordinate services to tailor support to each service user.
• Maintain records of service delivery, rotas, and time-sheets; provide written feedback to line manager.
• Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Service Coordinators.
