Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager for a 12-bed residential service in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for safe, compliant, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week. Salary up to £48,000 per annum DOE, 33 days’ annual leave incl. bank holidays, and ongoing professional development in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or equivalent in adult social care.
• Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and MCA.
• Background supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of care staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Ensure compliant day-to-day running of the 12-bed service.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and PBS plans.
• Manage rotas, recruitment, induction, and staff development.
• Maintain occupancy, budgets and service performance.
