Nationwide Platforms Limited is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the workshop team alongside the Location Service Manager. The role focuses on maintaining our modern hire fleet and delivering high standards of service.

Requirements include supervisory experience in a busy workshop, knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and experience in the Powered Access sector. A customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a busy workshop with the ability to set high standards.
• Experience in Powered Access or other construction plant hire is preferred.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a maintenance/engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Location Service Manager in day-to-day workshop operations.
• Ensure 100% servicing and maintenance coverage for the fleet.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections of machines at depot or on site as required.
• Produce monthly inspection reports and service schedules; organise workload of engineers.
• Maintain fleet appearance to corporate standards.
• Provide guidance and support during customer breakdowns.
