Job Description:
- The safe and timely execution of Site Services contracts in the UK, Offshore and Overseas.
- Conduct and produce Health & Safety Work Method Statements & Risk Assessments.
- Participate in the Site Report feedback process to ensure continuous improvement of site and assembly processes.
- Ensure adherence to the company's Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures across all aspects of Site Services.
- Ensure the timely completion of Site Work documentation (Site Reports, Site Work Time sheets, Site Work Expenses, etc.) for prompt invoice and payroll processing.
Competence Profile:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, instilling confidence in others.
- Strong technical background with experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear & Motor Control Centres and related equipment.
- Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal and external customers, clients, and suppliers, exceeding their expectations where possible.
- Strong planning, prioritising, and organisational skills to meet deadlines and targets efficiently.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills, considering all relevant factors before making decisions or taking action.
- Ability to promote teamwork within the department and the wider business.
- Energy, drive, commitment, and dedication to personal and company success.
- Proactive, resilient under pressure, with clarity of vision and a results-oriented approach.
Employment & Education Background:
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LV & MV switchboards, preferably in Oil & Gas/Petrochem environments.
- Minimum ONC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience with testing Electronic Protection Relays and communication systems is advantageous.
