Qualifications

• Experience designing services in health, public sector, or donor-facing contexts.
• Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate evidence into design.
• Expertise in facilitating co-design workshops with patients, donors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and iteration of design artefacts and prototypes with service users and stakeholders.
• Develop service propositions and service maps to align delivery teams.
• Champion human-centered design tools across the organisation (research, mapping, ideation, co-design, prototyping, storyboarding).
• Lead and facilitate co-design workshops with a wide range of stakeholders including donors, patients and colleagues.
• Execute the service vision and implement service design within a multi-disciplinary team.
