Job summary

DWP Digital, the UK's largest government digital service, is hiring a Senior Service Designer to shape inclusive, user-centred services used by millions. You’ll lead end-to-end service design, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and use evidence-based methods to improve public outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working (40% home, 60% hub) with a pay of £68,205 and a strong civil service pension. You’ll work across health, working age, debt management and digital channels to deliver meaningful

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end services that balance user needs, business goals and policy objectives.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based service design methods using research, insight, storytelling and visualisation techniques.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and supporting decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.
