Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to shape and deliver an enhanced support model for Corporate Operations. The role is hybrid with weekly attendance in Edinburgh or Glasgow, as part of a 6-month contract.

You will lead service design activities, engage stakeholders across teams, and help define sustainable operating models, governance arrangements, processes and service standards. ITIL knowledge and Oracle experience in agile environments are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Service Design, Operating Model Design or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• ITIL / Service Management knowledge.
• Experience of working with Oracle.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical service solutions.
• Knowledge of service transition, organisational change and continuous improvement.
• Experience within public sector or large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
