Job summary

Pacific Life Re seeks a Senior Service Design & Transition Analyst to ensure new or changed services are designed, governed and accepted into live operations. You will work with project, architecture, security and operations teams to define outcomes, manage transition risk and enable continual improvement after go-live.

You will lead readiness activities, knowledge transfer, and runbooks, while coordinating across Change, Release, Deployment, and Service Desk functions in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ITSM, Service Design or Service Transition for enterprise services.
• Experience with ITIL practices and the Service Value System.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the transition of new or changed services into live operations with readiness, acceptance and handover.
• Produce service design packages, runbooks, knowledge articles, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across change, release, deployment, configuration, incident, problem and service desk teams.
