Experis UK is seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead the operational management of a portfolio of enterprise applications across Finance, HR, Risk and Compliance. Based in Liverpool with hybrid working, you will ensure service stability, resilience and governance.

You will manage incidents, supplier relationships, and oversee change and continuous improvement, building strong stakeholder partnerships across business units and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Qualificações

• Experience managing enterprise application portfolios within complex corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and SaaS environments.
• Practical experience of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience leading major incidents, problem management and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of application security, access management and operational controls.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as Financial Services or other highly governed sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ITIL certification.
• Financial Services or Wealth Management experience.
• Experience managing application support teams and matrix resources.
• Exposure to audit, risk and regulatory frameworks.

• Owning application service performance, availability and operational resilience.
• Leading major incident, problem and change management activities.
• Managing strategic technology suppliers and service partners.
• Driving service improvements and reducing recurring issues; ensuring governance, risk management and audit compliance.
• Supporting application change, service transition and operational readiness activities.
• Providing clear reporting on service health, risks, costs and priorities.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Risk and Compliance functions.
• Leading and developing internal application support capability.
