Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in the Instrument Reference Data (IRD) Service Delivery Team. You will drive governance, act as a regional contact, and lead long-term rollout initiatives to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with IRD Operations and IRD Product to resolve complex challenges, manage critical projects end-to-end, and champion quality and timeliness while building strong stakeholder relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, ideally in Project Management or Service Delivery.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
• Strong analytical skills with data collation, analysis and presentation experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global, virtual environment.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of data, technology, risk and control.
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and delivers to tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of financial products including Equities/Fixed Income/Derivatives.
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the global operating model across multiple business lines.
• Serve as trusted regional contact for senior stakeholders and partners.
• Drive operational excellence with timely execution and issue resolution.
• Chair and represent governance forums in the region.
• Lead strategic Product and Operations initiatives to improve productivity.
• Contribute to productivity agenda and value-creation opportunities.
• Deliver insight-led analysis for high-impact projects shaping data platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Technology teams for client outcomes.
• Own end-to-end governance agenda for supported businesses.
